hill grimmett
For Hill, what’s important is taking care of the vital matters and people in one’s life, and diving deep into one’s true passions and priorities.
He has worked as a house painter, truck driver, gardener, pastor, counselor to runaways and to families, speech writer, accountant, controller and CFO. You might think “jack of all trades, master of none” – however he has been a successful management consultant to growing businesses for the past 18 years. He believes in helping people find the small number of key variables that drive any business – and using them to achieve your dreams.
He’s a forest-and-the-trees sort of guy: details matter; so does the big picture. Knowing where you want to go matters; so does knowing how to get there. Action matters; and yet you need to act in ways that get you closer to your goals.
These days, Hill spends time gardening, hiking, skiing, singing traditional American hymnody, providing leadership to community organizations and starting a new non-profit organization, the Northern Colorado Food Incubator. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, a Masters of Divinity from Harvard University and a Masters of Business Administration from Boston University. He lives in Fort Collins, Colorado.
