John has 25 years experience working in hospitals, most recently serving as hospital President & CEO for nearly six years. He believes in the power of servant leadership.

John's passion is to share his experience to convince other leaders that the easiest and most successful way to be in charge is through an inspired workforce.

John came up through the hospital ranks through assignments in marketing, business development, public relations and sales, making the jump to operation as a Chief Operating Officer in 2000. He has received numerous awards and honors, most recently the HealthLeaders Magazine 2009 Top Leadership Team Healthcare for Midsized Hospitals. He lives and bases his consulting practice in Fort Collins, Colorado.
