marsha benedetti
For Marsha, life is about people and relationships (and riding her bike).

For more then fifteen years, Marsha’s experience has connected her with the human resource element both in the profit and not-for-profit sectors. Her true passions for training and facilitation have led her to a whole new experience collaborating with others to help engage and empower people through change. Marsha’s intuitive talents assist in bringing divergent ideas to the forefront.
A former mentor of Marsha’s introduced her to mediation and from that inspiration she has been trained and provided many volunteer hours to a community mediation program. She continues to support individuals and groups to work toward constructive conflict through training and coaching.
Marsha has a Bachelor of Science degree and Masters in Business Administration. She also has a Professional in Human Resources Certificate. Her true education started several years ago when she became a step-parent and entered into the world of parenting.
Marsha is a member of American Society for Training and Development, OD Network, a volunteer for her community Relay for Life, and an avid cyclist.
