Mary Gallagher is an executive coach, leadership advisor and facilitator who specializes in working with mid to senior level leaders who are ready to take their career, and their organizations performance, to the next level.

Employing humor, creativity and proven processes and trainings, Mary has a knack for bringing enjoyment and measurable results to all of her assignments.

Prior to joining the Trebuchet Group, Mary launched a successful executive coaching practice in the New England area focused on helping clients achieve better business results through the staff they already had.

Her previous experience includes leadership roles in start-up venture-backed companies as well as change management and mergers and acquisition roles for Fortune 500 companies.

Mary earned her B.A. in Management from Boston College and her M.A. in Psychology and Theology from Andover Newton Theological School.

Mary serves on the Board of the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce and is an active member and facilitator for the National Speakers Association.

She resides in New England because it is easy to get anywhere from here and it offers champion sports teams, ocean-side living and four distinctly different seasons which she adores. Her loyal companions are her Springer Spaniel, Chauncy and her tuxedo cat, Leena.
