Curriculum
Following the six principles of Ripple: A Field Manual for Leadership that Works written by Chris Hutchinson, participants first examine themselves and their personal leadership, then explore how to lead others, and finally gain tools for leading organizations. Sessions are twelve weeks.

Join a Group
Be a part of a unique program designed to increase your self-awareness, equip you with leadership tools, and strengthen your foundation in your career journey.
Participants interact directly with Trebuchet Group staff and advisors in the Fort Collins office and have the chance practice with Author and CEO Chris Hutchinson.
Groups are made up of six to twelve up-and-coming leaders from across industries and levels of experience.
