Following the six principles of Ripple: A Field Manual for Leadership that Works written by Chris Hutchinson, participants first examine themselves and their personal leadership, then explore how to lead others, and finally gain tools for leading organizations. Sessions range from twelve weeks to twelve months depending on design.
Participants interact directly with Trebuchet Group staff and advisors in the Fort Collins office and have the chance practice with Author and CEO Chris Hutchinson.
Groups are made up of eight to twelve up-and-coming leaders from across industries and levels of experience. Wednesdays October 7 - November 11
