Angela Migliaccio is a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach, and graduate of the Co-Active® Leadership Program. Her 25-year career at IBM started in engineering and led Angela to become a top performing sales executive, until she pivoted into Sales Enablement, and Leadership development as a Learning & Development professional.

Decades of working in every level of IBM gave Angela first-hand experience of ineffective and at bias-blind leadership. In 2016, Angela began studying the science of human performance, and training as a certified professional coach. From within the leadership ranks, Angela was able to see the downfall of inherent biases and blind spots. Authentic, full-spectrum leadership emerged as the key to unlock true equality, inclusion, balance, and achieve optimal performance for all teams.

Diversity is Angela’s core value. She grew up in Italy, moved to California at age 30, and has since traveled the world creating meaningful relationships with business partners in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Often, she would be across the table from Fortune 100 executives who didn’t speak the same language. Her talent for forging personal connections helps Angela bring together people of all genders and origins for a diverse, inclusive culture.

In her role as a leadership development consultant, Angela guides clients to uncover the blind spots that get in the way of a truly diverse and inclusive workplace, calling on her nuanced understanding of group dynamics to recommend and deliver custom-built programs as a well-versed instructional designer and an experienced facilitator.

Angela Migliaccio has a B.S. in Computer Science and is an IBM Master Sales Coach and Certified Facilitator.
